Before and after: this is new Adelaide’s bedroom

by Giorgia

When we moved into this house, I absolutely wanted my studio for work. I had bought a desk and a bookcase from the Hemnes series of Ikea.

In the meantime we had arranged the room for the girls, I talked about it in this post Adelaide and Ginevra’s bedroom is complete.

In these months we realized that two beds in the same room were too bulky: there was always confusion and the girls had little room to play. I thought about “sacrifice” my studio, moving my desk into living room, and I managed to create the room for Adelaide.

Today I’m going to share some really cute images about the new Adelaide’s bedroom I recently completed. This room is super sweet !!!

The focal point of the entire room is the beautiful Romantic Flowers removable wallpaper from Coloray, it certainly gives the WOW factor and Adelaide was speechless when she first saw it.

I love Coloray wallpaper, for the innovative Peel&Stick material, which allows to be applied and peeled multiple times and sticks to any flat surface.

The installation manual recommend at least 2 people to install the wall mural, but I have done everything by myself.  Few necessary tools are enough: a pencil, a spirit level and snap knife. Was I good?

I wanted to hang a garland on the bed to create interest and fill the wall space a little more, and I used the Dreamy Macramé from Spinkie Baby: It’s a unique and gorgeous piece, it’s perfect if you want create a dreamy girl’s bedroom. It’s also available in Light Grey color.

Another beautiful accessory is Pom Garland in Light Pink from Spinkie Baby, I personally adore, and White and Pink Flower Wall Décor – Pillowfort™ and Swan Head Wall Décor – Pillowfort™ from Target.

Finally I added some fairy lights from Target and Swan Lake Table Lamp by Fantasy Fields, it’s all so that magical.

To organize the girl’s library I chose Fluffy Soul Co. This caddy is carefully designed to all kinds of baby products:
clothes, diapers, toys, bibs, wipes, burp cloths, breast pumps…

But who said that diaper caddies are only for diapers? Adelaide filled it up with Kindergarten Toolkit and Ginevra with her toys. It’s available in Blue polka dots and Yellow polka dots.

I had fun creating the new Adelaide’s bedroom, if you have any questions, feel free to comment below and I’ll answer asap.
