I followed the recipe of Joe Bastianich, step by step and for your happiness I wanted to tell you that the recipe of avocado toast is very easy to do! The biggest difficulty lies in the choice of the avocado, because it must be well mature and not unripe.
The avocado toast recipe
For: 4 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes
8 slices of Bread
3 Avocados (well ripe)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper in grains
To begin, toast the slices of bread.
Peel the avocados, remove the kernels and crush the pulp with the fork.
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil onto the slices of toast and spread the avocado pulp on each.
Add a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper and pour another strand of extra virgin olive oil.
