All benefits in using essential oils

Do you know Aromatherapy? It is considered a branch of phytotherapy that uses Essential Oils, that is the strongly smelling substances of plants.

The Essential Oils are pure and distilled essences that are extracted from the fruit, peel, twigs, leaves or flowers of a plant and since they are very concentrated substances, they should preferably be diluted in a sweet almond oil, possibly organic and squeezed cold.

They can be inhaled by means of diffusers or mixed with other ingredients to create room sprays. I’ll show you a brief overview of the main possible uses of Essential Oils as natural remedies.

Remove insects. A concentrated solution of Eucalyptus citrate oil is a perfect alternative to repellent products that you buy at the supermarket (full of chemicals) to keep away the annoying bugs.

To perfume the home. Pour some water into the upper cup of the diffuser and then add a few drops of the Essential Oil that you prefer, the scent will emanate throughout the room.

Or pour Essential Oil into the candle wax. Light the candle and wait a couple of minutes for the wax to melt a little. Turn it off and drop a few drops of oil on the melted wax before relighting the candle with caution. Be careful not to impregnate the oil wick, as it is highly flammable.
